Both G.S. Architects and Turner Construction have been commisioned to design and build the 200,000 sq. ft. building which be the future Lifestyle Healthcare Group.
Some of the project's highlights are:
- Development and construction of a 200,000 square foot integrated medical facility.
- Construction of a 67,000 square foot short term Recovery Care/Skilled Nursing facility to provide an appropriate level of cost effective care to postsurgical patients requiring short term care and rehabilitation.
- The facility will be the cornerstone of the development of a patient centered coordinated care system, with the ability to provide patients easy access to all medical services under one roof.
- Many large existing medical practices (family practice and all specialties) are partners in this project.
- The facility will contain the latest in technology including Electronic Health Records, Digital X-Ray, MRI, CT Scanning, PET Scanning and other cutting edge technologies.
- Development of a Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center capable of providing a place for our surgeons to perform the latest surgical techniques for a wide range of procedures in a cost effective manner.
- Creation of up to 200 new jobs, most of them highly skilled.
- Creation of 375 new construction jobs for one year or longer.
