Robert J. Santilli
Mr. Santilli’s previous experience includes holding a position as Executive Vice President and COO of Riddle Memorial Hospital. Riddle Memorial Hospital was a 250 bed community hospital with 1100 employees. It was part of Main Line Health System which is a member of the Jefferson Health System. As EVP/COO his responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, and overall management for patient care and support services to achieve strong operational performance consistent with the goals of the health system. Some of Mr. Santilli’s Health System Board Appointments include: Riddle Memorial Hospital, Secretary; RMH Physician Services, Assistant Secretary; Riddle Health Care Services, President; Riddle Enterprises, President; Riddle System Services, Assistant Secretary; The Riddle Health Care Foundation, Vice President; Mirmont Treatment Center, Secretary.
George L. Popky, M.D., F.A.C.R.
Dr. Popky is currently serving as the President of Delaware Valley Imaging, Ltd. and as Professor and Chairman of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and The College of Physicians of Philadelphia. Dr. Popky earned his Medical Degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia which is also where he served his residency in Radiology. He also performed a fellowship in angiography at Temple University. Dr. Popky was Chairman of the Graduate Health System and has served on many local and national societies and committees. He has also written over 80 publications, given over 50 presentations and scientific exhibits.
Fred Rappaport
Mr. Rappaport has more than 30 years experience in the initiation and development of successful businesses including capital acquisition and business operations. He is also formerly Founder, Chairman and CEO of Medeikon Corporation, a medical device company using optical technology for cardiovascular applications, where he has raised more than $10 million in startup capital. Mr. Rappaport has held several CEO and Chairman Positions in high tech start-up companies including Qusion Technologies, an optical component company for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Rappaport also has expertise in creating investor, academic and industrial partnerships for the purpose of corporate development. He has degrees in mechanical engineering and optoelectronics. He has been instrumental in creating several new high tech businesses and is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and the New Jersey Entrepreneurs Network.
Vicky Rappaport, LMA
Ms. Rappaport oversees the business development and marketing portion of the business. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the establishment and management of medical and/or technology offices and has assisted in the planning, initiation and development of several high technology corporations. Additionally, she is also a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Laser Safety Officer and permanent cosmetics artist. She holds a degree in business administration and a number of certificates in aesthetics, advanced laser training and permanent cosmetics.
Bowen Leslie
Mr. Leslie is the Director of Business Development. Mr. Leslie has experience working with lending institutions, private funds and investors. He is the founder of APF Services which is a patient financing company. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College
