Fred Rappaport, Chairman and CEO

Fred Rappaport is Chairman and President of Lifestyle Healthcare Group, Inc. Mr. Rappaport has more than 30 years experience in the initiation and development of successful businesses including capital acquisition and business operations. He is formerly Founder, Chairman and CEO of Medeikon Corporation, a medical device company using optical technology for cardiovascular applications, where he raised more than $10 million in startup capital. Mr. Rappaport has held several CEO and Chairman positions in high tech start-up companies including Qusion Technologies, an optical component company for the telecommunications industry. He also has expertise in creating investor, academic and industrial partnerships for the purpose of corporate development. He has been instrumental in creating several new high tech businesses. He is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and the New Jersey Entrepreneurs Network and was the founder of the Central Florida Technology Council.


George L. Popky, M.D., F.A.C.R.

Dr. Popky was previously President and CEO of Delaware Valley Imaging, LLC and Professor and Chair of the Department of Radiology at The Medical College of Pennsylvania. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and a founding member of The Society of Uroradiology. Dr. Popky earned his medical degree at the Temple University School of Medicine where he did his residency in radiology and a fellowship in angiography. He has published over 80 medical papers and book chapters and made more than 70 presentations and scientific exhibits. He has served on the Board of Corporations of Allegheny General Hospital and the Medical College of Pennsylvania, as well as other organizations and institutions.


Tony Vlahovic, MA, CSCS

Tony Vlahovic is an experienced entrepreneur in the field of sports and exercise therapy. For the past 22 years he has been providing sports therapy, fitness instruction, rehab and fitness management, and consulting services to a wide variety of individuals and businesses.

Mr. Vlahovic has an MA in Psychology, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and a fitness specialist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also certified by the Cooper Institute as a Special Populations Director and is certified as a Sports Counselor for the National Institute of Sports.

Mr. Vlahovic started his professional baseball career in Italy where he was named his team’s Rookie of the Year. Upon returning to the United States he signed with the Boston Red Sox where he played as a pitcher. His professional baseball career ended prematurely due to an auto accident. He has developed programs for over 3500 patients and clients ranging from young athletes to the geriatric population.

From 2010 to the Present he serves as a Post Rehabilitation Specialist working with patients that have developed debilitating illnesses including Parkinson’s, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), quadriplegics and paraplegics. He also currently serves as Varsity Baseball coach at New Hope-Solebury High School.

From 2007 to the Present he serves as a Fitter/Lymph Edema Specialist for American Disabilities Corp., Varsity Baseball Coach for the Princeton Day School and middle school Basketball Coach for New Hope-Solebury girls and boys squads. He is Co-founder of Bases Loaded baseball instructional camps teaching ages 8-18 the fundamentals of pitching and hitting.

Mr. Vlahovic was the Founder and President of Momentum Fitness Center in Princeton, NJ. A 20,000 square foot facility containing fitness/wellness programs, a Cancer Wellness program, and employing 125 employees. He facilitated a post rehabilitation program with the U.S. Rowing/Olympic team. Managed a yearly budget of $1.8 million and secured a long term partnership with the Hospital of Special Surgery. His facility served over 10,000 members, ages ranging from 12-95 yrs. old during its 10 years in operation.

Mr. Vlahovic was also the Founder of Wellness/Fitness Plus at the Village at Newtown Medical Center. He started the business to create a complete circle of health for people injured or suffering with a debilitating illness. He personally served and treated over 6,000 rehab and post-rehab patients.


Vicky L. Rappaport, BSc, LMA

Ms. Rappaport has over 20 years’ experience in startup businesses. She has been involved in both high-tech businesses and medical practices. Her experience includes everything from writing business plans to planning and executing marketing programs. Her marketing experience includes internet, radio, television, sports events, billboards and all other types of media. At Lifestyle, she manages our marketing group which currently includes web design, graphic design and advertising. She also assists in all of the other aspects of development and management. Additionally, she is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Laser Safety Officer, and permanent cosmetics artist. She holds a degree in business administration and a number of certificates in aesthetics, advanced laser training, and permanent cosmetics.

Cynthia M. Young, Vice President of Business Development

Cynthia Young is responsible for developing, aligning and implementing practices that will optimize efficiencies, increase scalability, allow for growth and deliver a positive customer experience for all stakeholders. Working with corporate leadership, she is helping to supportthe growth of the organization, focusing on strategic planning and goal-setting and by directing the operations of the company in support of it's goals.  Cynthia has over 24 years of extensive healthcare experience in operations, contracting and client satisfaction working with payors, clients and providers, most recently with Independence Blue Cross where she was responsible for Enrollment, and Claims Services for both PA and New Jersey.  She is an established leader with a proven track record of improving efficiencies, productivity, profitability and client retention through process improvements, identifying and implementing re-engineering strategies.  She has expert knowledge of health insurance regulations relating to ACA and commercial enrollment and claims.
